In my quest to provide new information to new clients I have recently started to follow the advice of certain well know gurus. Not because they ‘say’ do this and you ‘will’ earn cold hard cash, but because my own experiments and testing over the years has proved them right.
That and the fact that over the holiday period I did put on a lot of weight. Didn’t we all?
Anyhow, rather than just start up some diet or fitness plan that would go out of the window I took things a step further. I did my research and found that I really did need to boost my metabolism if I wanted to reshape my body.
In fact I got into it so much, and found so much useful and practicle information about metabolic rate and weight loss
I set up a website to help others.
As I find more information that is good, I’ll add another article and so on.
Now. Some of you reading this will be wondering "Why is Kev writing about diet, slimming, metabolic rate, your metabolism, getting fit and excersise plans etc?" when his blog is primarily about interet marketing.
Simple. For a number of reasons.
- Whats the point of earning money if you’re too unfit and unhealty to enjoy the rewards?
- Pop on over to the site to see how I’ve monetized the articles (as much as I want to help you get or stay fit and healthy I need to put healthy food on my table to)
- There’s more to boosting your metabolism and losing weight than meets the eye!
